1. Advisory Terms
Atelier Travel Co operates as a private travel advisory and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, villa providers and destination management companies.
All bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
By engaging our services or confirming a reservation, you agree to the policies outlined below.
2. Professional Fees
Professional planning fees apply where itinerary design or independent sourcing is required.
Planning fees are:
• Payable prior to itinerary design
• Non-refundable once work has commenced
The Atelier Lookbook fee (AUD $120 per destination) is credited toward a confirmed reservation where applicable.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Supplier cancellation terms apply to all reservations and may include:
• Non-refundable deposits
• Escalating penalty windows
• Full forfeiture
Planning fees remain non-refundable.
Where commission has been earned, paid, or contractually secured, Atelier Travel Co reserves the right to retain the commission component of the booking.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to supplier timelines.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
4. Payment & Credit Card Authorisation
We accept:
• Credit cards (1.8% surcharge applies)
• Pay Now
• EFT
• Direct bank transfer
Payments made via Pay Now, EFT or bank transfer do not incur a surcharge.
By providing credit card details, you authorise Atelier Travel Co to process deposits, final balances and applicable fees related to confirmed travel arrangements.
Chargebacks should not be initiated without first contacting us to resolve any dispute.
5. Pricing & Availability
All pricing and availability are subject to change until confirmed and paid.
Supplier payment deadlines must be adhered to in order to secure reservations.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information necessary to provide travel advisory services in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information collected may include:
• Legal names and passport details
• Contact information
• Travel preferences
• Payment details
Information is disclosed to relevant travel suppliers where required to fulfil your arrangements.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss or unauthorised access.
You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time.

• Health and vaccination requirements are satisfied
